The Humana Insurance Company, based in Kentucky, operates a 'call and harass customer' center in Tampa, Florida, and has made over 25 calls in the past three months, despite requests to be added to the do-not-call list, displaying blatant disregard for the concept of 'no'
Humana insurance calls: Why they won’t show a caller ID!
Summary — +15023011011
Expert Opinion
Repeated attempts from this line suggest a systematic outreach campaign, most likely tied to Humana’s Medicare enrollment or follow‑up process. Callers rarely leave voicemails, and the number often shows a Louisville, KY location, matching Humana’s regional call centers. The pattern of silent rings when you call back and the use of automated scripts are classic signs of robocall activity. While the content may reference legitimate insurance services, the aggressive frequency and lack of clear identification push it toward a telemarketing style that can feel harassing. To protect yourself, add the number to your phone’s block list, report it to the FCC’s Do‑Not‑Call registry, and verify any claims directly through Humana’s official 877 number before sharing personal data.
