Purporting to be from Humana, the caller stated they were from the sales department when I inquired about a billing issue related to my insurance with them. They redirected me to the customer service department.
Interestingly, when I picked up the call, it was a Humana sales representative trying to convince me to switch my medical insurance provider during open enrollment.
