Lo más seguro es colgar de inmediato, no proporcionar identificación, número de cédula ni datos de tarjeta. Bloquee el número en su móvil y registre la queja ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio o la Fiscalía. Consulte siempre los canales oficiales del banco o entidad antes de cualquier trámite y mantenga actualizado su aplicación de identificación de llamadas. Así reduce el riesgo de caer en una robocall.
