Upon receiving the call, I immediately suspected a scam, given that I haven't used my computer in years due to poor internet connectivity, and the caller's attempts to guess my software were unconvincing, further revealing their foreign origins and lack of fluency in English.
Beware of this scam cal, they clame to be from Microsoft tecnical suport departement and want to give instruktions to be folowed on the computer, when I asked them to provide contact informaton they hung up.
