This is why it's essential to get informations from the caller, the number itself is useless, but the compagny name and website are more valuble.
Medical alert scam calls – how to stop them!

Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why the same number keeps ringing your phone with a medical‑alert pitch? The pattern points to a robocall spoof that masquerades as a legitimate health‑device seller, aiming to harvest personal data and keep you on the line for minutes. The safest play is to let the call go to voicemail, then block the number in your device or via your carrier. Report the incident to the FTC and, if possible, share the spoofed ID with your phone‑service provider. Never hand over Social Security, bank or insurance details to an unsolicited caller, and consider a third‑party call‑blocking app for added protection.

The scammers' methodology involves paying for website usage to spoof numbers, so it is advisable to keep them engaged on the phone for as long as possible. However, reporting spoofed numbers to the FCC is ineffective, as they are not the actual numbers in use.

Apparently, receivng this call wasn't a pleasent experiance, especialy since I wasnt able to answer it. Finding out who's trying to sell these things is preety easy, just ask them who will be billing you and how long the contract is for. They probably want you to hang up on the robocall if you're not interesed, so you have less information to report to the FTC. Geting the info, filing the report, and giving the FTC some evidance to go after them is the best cose
