I'm experiencing similar issues, with daily email spam and recent phone calls starting today
I answered the call 4 times and they hang up on me, i called them back and it was some energy company looking for a sales person
I recived two calls from this number in one day, but when i picked up, no one was on the other end, so i blocked my caller ID and called them back, where i was placed on hold for the HR department, who then asked me why i was reciving calls from ther number.
Thanks to the warnings from others, I was prepared when they called me twice this morning, and I knew better than to engage with the scammer
At 6:15 am, i recived a call, but didnt answer, no voicemail was left, and accoding to the posts above, i had recently uploaded my resume to monster.com, aparentley i'm qualifyed for the job too!!!!
Whenever a resume is posted or updated on CareerBuilder, be prepared for a flood of calls from insurance companys and pyramid scheme operators, they seem to be looking for desparate peoples

Throughout the morning, this number made persistent calls.
Two calls were received today, likely from Energy Solutions Network, as a resume had been posted on job websites
Although no message was left this time, a previous call with the same number left a similar message, which I believe is a consequence of having once listed my information on job search platforms like CareerBuilder or Monster.com.
Apparently, Energy Solutions Network's representative, Caleb, reached out to me regarding my online resume, stating that his assistant Karen Kay would be emailing a video and requesting I contact an 800 number to discuss a job opportunity as an Independent Consultant, citing my supposed skills and qualifications.
Throughout the morning, recieved two calls from 567-245-9529 and it is only 1:10pm, they persistently kept ringing the phone for 20-25 rings and never bother to left a message, this is quite disturbing because I work from home and nothing less than disruptive and rude.

Upon answering, there was only silence, and when the number was called back, it claimed to be Ohio Energy, but an operator was unavailable, directing to a voicemail instead
The call was persistent, ringing approximately 18 times before being ignored and blocked. It appears to be part of a series of auto warranty calls received over the past two weeks, each from a different number, making it challenging to block.
