Early‑Morning Tech Support Scam – What to Do!
Summary — +15869458932
Expert Opinion
Picture this: at 6 a.m., a silent ring from an unknown number, followed by a brief, empty voicemail and a claim that your computer is compromised. This pattern matches a classic tech‑support scam that relies on surprise and urgency. Never grant remote access or share personal data, even if the caller sounds convincing. Use your phone’s built‑in call blocking feature or a third‑party app to ban the number, and file a complaint with the FTC or your carrier. Keep software updated, and educate household members about the hallmarks of these unsolicited calls.
