Its definately Humana, i have they're Medicare Part-D and they always try to get me to switch to Mail Order or change my prescription to a approved drug, but i wont do it.

Upon receiving a call from this number, the caller claimed to be from Humana and requested a callback to a different number, which raised suspicions due to the unfamiliar area code.
The call appeared to be from Humana, but the voicemail only contained pig snorting sounds with no actual message.
A call was received around 10:00, but the voice message left behind was unintelligible, sounding like distortion, and the call itself was not recognized
These people are horrorible and will not acept no for an answer, they just want you to order your rx through them from places like india.

Apparently, this is a scam. The caller asks you to call back with your Humana card number ready, which raises suspicions.
