Kurt Marvin tech support scam – how to protect yourself!
Summary — +16038700082
Expert Opinion
Block the number immediately and never engage with callers claiming unsolicited computer repairs. These tech support scams rely on fear and intimidation, often using a fake name like Kurt Marvin to appear legitimate. Let the call go to voicemail, then delete it; do not provide personal data or grant remote access. Enable carrier‑level call blocking or use a reputable third‑party app to filter repeat offenders. Report the nuisance to the FTC and your phone provider, and consider filing a complaint with the FCC if the harassment persists. Staying silent and protecting your devices are the quickest ways to stop these scams.
