This is a clear scam, as these individuals constantly call and text from different numbers, threatening legal action while asking for someone unknown, in an attempt to coerce bank information from unsuspecting individuals.

I get called by them several times a day, they threaten me with a court date, but no valid court date is ever given, its obviuosly a scam
These individuals continue to harass me, claiming that I'll face legal action and a court date, despite my insistence that I've never taken out a payday loan, and they somehow know my bank and the last four digits of my account number
I also received a text message indicating that my court date is scheduled for July 26th.
It is reasonable to expect formal notification via mail if legal action is being taken, yet I continue to receive repeated calls, voicemails, and text messages, which is becoming increasingly excessive.

I recived a text message from (855) 827-5944, stating “After several attempts to contact you we will be processing your court date on 7/20/21. Call NOW to stop action. (605) 534-1680”, it seem's pretty suspisous.
After recording all calls and sending a Cease and Desist Demand Letter, I emailed the company and contacted the Florida Department of Financial Responsibility to have their business license revoked.

I've been receiving calls about a payday loan, with threats of court action if I don't pay.
Someone told me i took out a loan in December 2015, and i can settle it by paying 199.00, but i dont think i did, then they sent me a text saying i have until 07/19/2021 to respond.
