Jacob Martin scam calls—how to protect yourself!
Summary — +16136891525
Expert Opinion
Analysis of the submitted comments reveals a consistent pattern of callers posing as a CRA officer named Jacob Martin and issuing threatening debt‑collection demands. The accents described are typically South Asian, and the scripts involve legal intimidation, bogus letters, and urgent callbacks. Recipients should verify any CRA communication through official channels, never share personal or banking information, and report persistent harassment to the police or anti‑fraud services. Blocking the number and enabling call‑screening features can reduce exposure. Remember, the real CRA contacts taxpayers only by mail or secure online messages, not via unsolicited phone calls.
