Market Probe survey calls: what’s real and what’s a scam?
Summary — +16477278869
Expert Opinion
One reviewer said the caller identified themselves as a Market Probe representative for a Royal Bank survey, and I was asked to participate. These calls are typical of survey telemarketing that use well‑known brand names to boost credibility. Answering can expose personal data, so hang up if you weren’t expecting the call. Ask for a written verification, and note the time and number for any future complaints. Add the number to your phone’s block list, register it with the National Do‑Not‑Call Registry, and report suspicious activity to the Canadian Anti‑Fraud Centre. Staying cautious protects your privacy and prevents unwanted follow‑ups.
