IRS arrest‑warrant scam calls—how to protect yourself!
Summary — +16502455120
Expert Opinion
Late last night, the line lit up with a call from +16502455120. The script repeatedly claimed to be the Internal Revenue Service, warning of an arrest warrant or tax fraud case and demanding payment via gift cards or a callback number. These high‑pressure threats are classic hallmarks of an IRS‑impersonation scam. Never share personal or financial information, and never follow a callback instruction from an unknown source. Hang up, block the number, and file a report with the FTC and the real IRS. Keeping a log of call details helps authorities track patterns and protect others.
