Hang up, block the number, and file a report with the FTC and the real IRS. Keeping a log of call details helps authorities track patterns and protect others.
They contacted me claiming I commited tax fraud and that a case file has been opened, this is the 5th time in 3 weeks I've recieved this call, sometimes they claim to be the FBI...

During the automated call, it was claimed that a warrant for my arrest had been issued by the IRS, but no reason was given and I was instructed to call another number for further information.
Interestingly, two distinct numbers have left the same automated message, providing different call-back numbers for the same issue, and seeming to mention a law firm, but the name was unclear, isnt it?
The constant ringing followed by hanging up is irritating
