NRSC Spam Texts: How to Stop the Flood!
Summary — +16514482381
Expert Opinion
These political texts arrive out of the blue, claiming urgent alerts from a Republican committee. In practice they use countdown timers, fake links, and names like Donald Trump Jr. or Kellyanne Conway to create pressure. The safest move is to never click any link, even if it promises a secret message. Replying with STOP may work, but many scammers ignore it, so add the number to your phone’s block list and report it to your carrier and the FTC. Keep a spam‑filter app handy and stay skeptical of any message that asks for your voting preference or personal data.
