Frustratingly, it seems some individuals resort to litigation to settle their disputes, and such behavior is utterly pathetic.
Claims America debt‑collector calls: What to know!
Summary — +16783921168
Expert Opinion
Beware of callers claiming a civil suit and demanding personal details. These rings often masquerade as attorneys or investigators, using names like Claims America or National Service Processors to sound legitimate. They typically know your address without explanation, press for email or fax communication, and may threaten legal action if you don’t comply. Hang up immediately, never share banking or Social Security information, and verify the claim by contacting the court or your attorney directly. Report the number to the FTC and your phone carrier, and consider placing it on a do‑not‑call list. Staying skeptical and protecting your data are the best defenses.
