Today, I received a follow-up call from a woman claiming that Dunn & Bradstreet had reviewed our company and wanted to discuss it further. Interestingly, last week she claimed to be representing Blue Shield.
The caller described it as a 'Personal Business' call from Blue Shield, which seems akin to claiming a sales call is not, in fact, a sales call.
