This call was clearly a scam attempt.

I blocked this number on my cell, but they called my job, they said they were from United Process Service and there's a law suit against me.

This lack of legitimacy is a clear indication of a scam or a collection agency violating federal and state laws. Therefore, it is crucial not to provide any information if they contact you, as their methods are unlawful.
