I got a text from kim saying he want to buy a property, he mentioned a adress i never heard of before
Kim’s off‑market offer scam exposed!
Summary — +17325543758
Expert Opinion
They keep texting me about buying my house even though I never listed it for sale. The pattern across multiple reports points to an unsolicited property‑buying scam that uses familiar names like Kim or Luis and references off‑market cash offers. These messages usually include your address and name, trying to look legitimate, but they rarely disclose a real company. To protect yourself, avoid replying, block the number, and report it as spam to your carrier and the FTC. If you’re actually interested in selling, work through a licensed real‑estate professional rather than unknown texts. Never share personal or financial details with strangers.
