I've experiened the same situation as the previous poster, and I've blocked the number.
Initially, there was a pause after answering the landline, followed by a person identifing themselve as Grace Morgan, asking how I was doign today or somethin like that; after a few seconds of silence from me, the caller didn't respod, so I hung up.
After this number called twice and remained silent upon pickup, the line would eventually disconnect, prompting me to block the number due to suspected scam activity.
