VTech Solutions scam call – how to protect yourself!
Summary — +17475291910
Expert Opinion
Picture yourself getting a voicemail that warns you of a $399 antivirus charge unless you call back within 48 hours. The caller claims to be from VTech Solutions, demanding remote access to “remove” non‑existent malware. That pressure tactic is a classic scam designed to steal credit‑card data or install unwanted software. Hang up immediately, never share account numbers, and verify the offer by contacting the official company through a known website or phone line. Use your phone’s built‑in block feature or a call‑filtering app, and report the number to the FTC and your carrier. Staying skeptical and protecting personal info are your best defenses.

Beware of this potential scam, where they attempt to gain remote access to your computer, claiming to have found harmful software, and then demand $399 to remove it. Their modus operandi involves installing software on your computer and then charging you to remove it
