On July 17, 2024, the number was identified as belonging to the Voter Outreach and Funding Office of the Conservative Party of Canada.

In a span of merely 10 seconds, this number made three brief calls, each ringing only once, prompting me to block them.
This number consistently calls me without leaving a message, and when I answer, there is only silence, prompting me to block the number to end the frustration.
