An Asian man answered when 001831886292 called, but the line was so crackly it was impossible to make out his words. There seemed to be a lot of yelling. Decided to block it and flagged as dangerous based on others' reports.

Despite not being registered in my phonebook, this number triggered a popup on my screen displaying 'Honolulu IT', which is perplexing, given I have no connections to Hawaii.

Apparently, a James from Ziggo called to assist with our internet connection, speaking in English but somewhat inadequately, frequently using phrases like "let me tell you" which led to an unproductive conversation; it is advisable to end the call as quickly as possible
