Brenda’s bogus lawsuit scam—what to watch out for!

Within a span of just a few days, I received two identical calls from this woman, who claimed to be discussing my file and a civil case, only to later deny any knowledge of my number after I returned her call, leading me to suspect a scam and prompting me to report this number to the relevant authorities.

I received a similar call suggesting I'm involved in a court case that could result in fines, but it's crucial to note that legitimate claims would first be communicated via certified mail, allowing for a response.
