Hotel Values scam? How to protect your booking!

This site imposes service fees on orders and refuses to honour cancellation requests for reservations.

After booking a non-refundable room by mistake, I cancelled within 6 minutes and received a cancellation email, yet they refuse to refund $524.88, including a $170.28 fee, and my phone calls to resolve this have been unsuccessful, with loud parties audible in the background
