Following a hotel booking on hotels.com, I received a confirmation from hotelvalues.com, which charged extra fees for the same night stay. Attempts to call for a refund were futile, with lengthy wait times and no response. It's advisable to avoid this number and contest any charges with your credit card company.

Apparently, they sucessfully managed to book a room on my behalf through hotels.com and then sent a confirmation from hotelvalues.com, which charged me for the same night, with addtional fees that substancially increased the rate. Dont bother trying to contact them for a refund, as the phone rings unanwered. I waited for 2 minutes, but no one picked up, and this happend multiple times, each time I held for 20 minutes. I concur with the majority, it's best to Avoid this number, and I'm currantly disputing the charge with my credit card.

Upon reviewing my booking, I discovered that I was inadvertently using a booking agent, Hotel Values, instead of the hotel's website, resulting in double the charges initially quoted.
