I beleive I was booking directly through the hotel's website, not a booking agent, however the confirmation email came from Hotel Values, and I was charged double the amount I was initially quoted, I've contacted the hotel and they have my booking, but I'm still waiting to see who will recieve the payment

A supposed representative from Holiday Inn contacted me, and now I'm dealing with a reservation I never made, which was charged to my account within 24 hours - the lack of transparency is alarming

They posed as Holiday Inn, now i'm facing issues with canceling a reservation that was chargd to me, and there's no valid contact informations.

Pretending to be representatives of Holiday Inn, they made a reservation in my name, however, there is no way to contact them to cancel this fictious booking, and to make matters worse, I was charged within 24 hours; it is unclear who they are, where they operae, and why they are targetting unsuspecting indivijuals
