ER Solutions calls nonstop – how to stop them?

The caller left a message asking for someone who doesn't have this number; after contacting them, they agreed to remove me from their list, but it remains to be seen if they will follow through.

Despite not knowing the individuals, they continue to harass me, seeking someone who does not reside here. Their behavior is extremely rude, causing significant upset, especially considering my health and senior citizen status. I do not need this kind of harassment on a line I pay for.
