ER Solutions debt collector calls—how to stop them?

Debt collectors are exempt from the DNC list, which is a detail often overlooked by those who sign up for it.

Despite blocking this number, they continue to attempt calls, and when I spoke with an agent, they had incorrect information about me and claimed to remove me from their list

This number has been calling my cell phone at least twice a day, leaving messages for someone named Consuala Gonzalez, with whom I have no connection, and I demand that they cease calling me immediately

I wander if I can sue this number for harasment, they call me every day

Apparently, this number is associated with COLLECTIONS for Dish Network, they called my Tracfone looking for someone else

Within less than a minute, I received two calls from this number, neither of which left a message, despite my cell being on the do not call list.
