Unlike what others have suggested, this was actually a legitimate call from FedEx regarding a pickup schedule
My ex-boyfriend and former boss received a text from Fed Ex, which included a tracking number he had to listen to multiple times to decipher; however, I found this suspicious since I wasn't expecting a package and, given my location, Fed Ex typically transfers deliveries to Purolator, making this interaction peculiar.
This is a legit fedex number, but its being used by india scammers who are playing pre-recorded fake messages in spanish, chinese, and english, attempting to steal credit card and ssn numbers by claiming extra customs charges for a fake shipment, be carefull
