How to block fake Southern California Edison calls

Upon researching this number online, I discovered it is reportedly the main 800 number for SCE, a likely target for spoofing scams. They were attempting to contact a phone number not associated with my account, but no voicemail was left, leading me to suspect scams.

I ansered the cal out of curiosty, knowing it was probibly a scam, and a automated recording in spanish came on, I didnt understand much, but I pressed 1, and the man who picked up spoke spanish too, I told him I didnt speek spanish, and he just hung up on me, thats not very profesional

A recorded message in Spanish was left, which I dont speak, but I did catch the phrase "disconnect", leading me to beleive it's likely a scam, as I dont owe any outstanding debts.

A recent voicemail from this number claimed I had a past due amount to pay to avoid electricity cutoff within 30 to 45 minutes, despite not answering their initial call.

A call warned that my service would be disconnected within 45 minutes if payment wasn't made, which seems like a tactic to prompt immediate action.

I recived a robo call from this number, claiming to be from SCE and threatening to disconnect our power if we did not pay a past due amount, but I beleive it to be a scam, as we have recived several similiar calls in the past week.

A scammer posing as an Edison electric representative warned that my electricity would be shut off in 30 minutes due to non-payment, which is absurd since I don't use their services.

An individual, speaking primarily in Spanish, left a message instructing to 'push 1', later identified as a scammer pretending to represent Southern California Edison company.

A scammer called me, pretending to be from S CA Edison, they tried to get my name and adress, but i didnt fall for it
