I answered the call just as it was being hung up, and subsequently blocked the number.
A call was received on an unlisted number, but it was not answered, and no message was left. Given that there is no account with the reported company, it's likely a scam.
I recieved a legit call from this number, they left a voicemail with instructions on how to set up my new family plan.
A voice message was left, claiming to be from Bell Canada, but the message seemed suspicious and mentioned a disconnection request that was never made
