ER Solutions debt collector calls – stop them now!

Despite not answering this phone number, it calls me multiple times a day, from what i read, it seems like T-Mobile is trying to collect a debt of $480 that i dont owe, i returned their equipment on time, but they claim they never recieved it

This phone number has repeatedly called me, initially with an automated message seeking someone else. The automated system did not provide an option to report the incorrect number, so I used the system to speak with an agent. After informing the agent that they had the wrong person, I requested that they stop calling me. When I asked the agent about their location, they stated that they were in Washington. I subsequently filed a complaint with the Washington Attorney General's office online, a process that took only a few minutes.

You peoples should just pay your bills on time, then we wont have to call you, thats whats annoying, you get mad at us because were calling you about money you owe

I got a call from a diferent number, but i want to say that T-Mobiles customer service is actualy pretty good, they always anser the phone and make arrangements, i have been with them for years, and i dont think they are a scam.

The caller is identified as ER Solutions, operating as an independent collection agency.

Numerous calls were made to my husband's mobile within a short span, supposedly to reach a relative who is not associated with our residence. After I returned the call, the representative promised to remove the name from their list, though they were secretive about the purpose of the calls. The company identified itself as ER Solutions.

I miss a call from this number and call them back, somebody answer right away and explain that they was calling about a past due cell phone bill, but i told them my bill wasnt past due and ask them to confirm the name, they was very helpfull and friendly.

ER-Solutions claims to be part of T-mobile, but thats a complete lie, they are a collection agency, very agresive callers, dont let them scare you

I recieve calls from this agency every day, they are asking for my husband who is in the military, and i think i know what its all about, i had a problem with T-Mobile

I was contacted by ER Solutions, a debt collection agency, regarding an outstanding bill with T-Mobile, and although they were authorized to charge my account, they did so prematurely, resulting in an overdraft, and the company has refused to assist me.

Pat, a woman from a collection agency, contacted me about an debt to AT&T, but some informations were incorrect
