Despite not being a Verizon customer, I was offered a $21 reward for a customer contest by visiting a suspicious URL.
Upon receiving a call from this number, I was greeted by an automated voice informing me to log into my AT&T account to claim a $21 credit, which I find particularly disturbing given my actual affiliation with AT&T and the prevalence of similar complaints from Verizon customers.
