A man, supposedly Julian Harris, a Verizon fraud specialist, contacted me claiming someone on our account had ordered an iPhone to be shipped to an address in New York, which I found suspicious.
They claim to offer repayment options for a federal student loan that I never took out, which is infuriating

This is clearly a scam.
Multiple calls were received in quick succession, all with the same prerecorded message about technical support, but no callback was made
Contrary to what one might assume, this number is actually a legitimate service number from Verizon
It appeers they are spoofing the Verizon network
The message from this number dont make any sence, it's just a bunch of random words and characters, it's possiable it's a wrong number.
Apparently, this individual contacted my business under false pretenses, claiming I had previously called them, and after a brief conversation, they hung up abruptly.
