This number keep calling and leaving messages on my phone, even though i am on the opt-out registry.

I recieved a call from this number regarding a $45 credit, appearently
I was promissed to recieve 45$ from them
A message was left to visit my45.verizon com for a $45.00 credid to my account.
A claim was made that $45 was won due to Verizon's appreciation, which seems unusual and potentially scam-related.
This is indeed a scam; after contacting Verizon Customer Service, it was confirmed that scam artists can manipulate caller ID to display this number, and surprisingly, Verizon claimed they cannot take action against this practice, which is frustrating.
