This is a fake customer service number, dont bother answwering, they even provided a fake number (800) 922-0204.
Upon answering, an individual with an Asian accent claimed to have a disconnect order for my phone. I warned him not to call again, suspecting a scam aimed at exploiting people financially. It's concerning that Verizon may be selling our phone information, facilitating such fraud.
