I'm receiving two calls daily from this number. After blocking it, the calls now go straight to voicemail, requesting that I unblock the number to receive the call. Upon investigating, I found it claimed to be from an inmate in Montana but couldn't provide further details when pressed.

I traced this number back to the Freemont California police department, and they said it was a spoofed number, so if you get a call, its probably a scam, just contact the police department yourself.
