Expert Opinion
Heads up: unknown callers using the +1‑805‑506‑3411 number often claim to be debt collectors targeting medical lab bills that many recipients never received. Before sharing personal information or making a payment, request a written validation notice that details the alleged debt, the original creditor, and your right to dispute within 30 days. Verify the claim directly with the medical provider or lab cited, and check your credit report for any entries. Hang up if the caller becomes aggressive, refuses to send documentation, or pressures you to pay immediately. Report persistent scams to the FTC, your state attorney general, and consider blocking the number on your device.
