Triton Global directory charge scam – how to fight it!

Me too, I got charged $4.47 on my Videotron account for a call. I called them, and they told me I made the call, but they can't tell me who I called. On my account, it says Dir Assist, On 8077881246. I did some research online and found this page. I called again, explained the situation, and told them it's a scam. They said they'll credit me since I'm a long-time customer, but I don't understand why this problem persists. I told them to report it to their superiors. Always gotta stay viglant and have the time to call!

Similar to the previouse experiance, a scam charge of $3.89 plus tax apeared on my Rogers statement, I will report this, it's strange that such scams still exsist and the autorities dont take any action!!!!

Simillar to the previous experiance, Triton Global charged my eastlink account, but they investigted and reversed the charges, this company should be held acountable.

Bell took responsibility for reversing the charge after I was billed for a call from this number, which they recognized as a potential scam.
