Amazon order scam alert – don’t give out info
Summary — +18142088430
Expert Opinion
Beware of callers claiming to be Amazon and demanding personal details. These rings often reference a bogus order for expensive items, then pressure you to verify identity or remove payment methods. Never share your driver's license, credit‑card numbers, or passwords over the phone unless you initiated the call through Amazon’s official website or app. Hang up if the voice is vague, background noise is heavy, or the number isn’t an Amazon‑listed line (e.g., 888‑280‑4331). Report the incident to Amazon’s fraud center and consider placing a freeze on your accounts. Verify every unexpected request, avoid unsolicited refunds, and block the number.

I had a similar experience, involving a $899 TV shipment to Texas.
Apparently, sharing your DL number and other informations with a scammer is a recipie for disaster, you should of went to Amazons oficial site and contacted them that way, as far as i no.
I recieved an email about somthing I didnt order, and it had a phone number to call, so I spoke with somone named John, and he told me he could help me with the charge, but then he asked me to remove all my payment methods and give him my drivers license, I hope I didnt just give my informations to a hacker.
