Attorney General Threat Call? How to Spot the Scam!

A call from this number resulted in silence, and subsequent calls revealed a loud, noisy background, suggesting a large-scale phone scam operation.

Similairly, I recieved an email from this company claiming I owed them money, which I didnt, and they threatened to arrest me if I didnt pay, but I stopped paying them with gift cards, and I'm not going to pay them anymore, it was a scam.

A suspicious text message was received from a Florida number, which was promptly blocked, and subsequent attempts to contact me via email and voicemail were made, threatening local police involvement, but the entire ordeal reeks of a scam.

I just recived a message from this number, saying theres an arrest warrant under my name, and i need to call some attorney, or i'll be arrested, but i dont think its legit, sound's like a scam

I also recieved a call with a similar message, stating that if I didn't respond within 30 minutes, law enforcement would arrive at my doorstep and take me into custody. I'm unsure what this is regarding, but I agree that it's not possible to arrest someone without due process and bail, thats just crazy.

The message I recieved was identical to the one mentioned above, it was a scam call from somebody claimin to be from the Attorney General’s office, they said I had to call Sam back within 30 minutes or a warrant would be issued for my arrest, but it's all just a bunch of nonsense.

After researching, I found that this call is a scam, as the number is registered to ALLEN THOMAS and not Sam Wilson, attorney.

Recieved a message from this number a hour ago, saying there was a arrest warrant in my name, and i need to call attorney Sam Wilson at this number, or i will be arrested in 30 min, whats the point of this scare tactic's

I just recived the same type of phone call, word for word, its a scam, my phone automaticly pick it up as spam

Apparently, I received an identical message, which I chose to ignore, but the voicemail was quite disturbing, indicating a likely scam by unscrupulous individuals.

I got same message from this number an hour ago, totally a scam, i blocked it and told my family to do the same

I got a cal from 832-301-5270, they clamed to be from the State Attorney General Office, but i think it's a scam, they wanted me to contact some guy named Sam Wilson
