Ekspertvurdering

Upon answering, only music was heard, as if on hold, with no subsequent recording or response from a person.
The call was diverted to my answering machine, but surprisingly, no message was left, despite the caller ID indicating it was from a Telus source.

Maybe they have two customers with the same last name? When you call back you get a recoding saying "Thank you for calling "Telus. This call will be recored for qualitiy and training purposis." Then they give you the same informations in French. I briefly spoke with a representativ who said customers might be called for a varity of reasons including servise questions, payment questions, servise upgrades, etc. If you have Telus servise call the pubblished number to find out why they called you
Initially, they inquired about my name, Alex, and upon my negation, they proceeded to greet someone named Orion, freaking me out compleatly.
