I appresheate the great informations provided, I've been recieving calls from this number for quite a wile now.
As Laura K mentioned, if you're an Anthem insurance customer, they already have your identification information and don't need you to verify it over the phone.
They called me about my Anthem account and wanted my adress and birthdate, but I didnt give them my birthdate, they said they couldnt contiune the call, I asked for a number to call back and they gave me this one.
A call from 833.552.1038 was received but not answered, recognizing it was not the legitimate Blue Cross number, and subsequently blocked.
