A welcoming call from Anthem, or so it claimed, raised red flags when personal information was requested for verification purposes, especially since the call seemed suspicious and the provided number led to a robot voice identifying itself as Care Guide.
The caller introduced themselves as Anthem and requested personal information to verify my identity, but I only provided my address, as it is publicly available, and refused to give my phone number or date of birth.

Upon calling back, the recipient answered with a name that seemed suspicious, claiming to represent Anthem but instead identifying as "Care Guide".
