Student Support scam calls – what to watch for!
Summary — +18335620900
Expert Opinion
Many callers note that calling back the original number only leads to a busy signal, which feels odd today. The repeated voicemail starts with a generic "000" intro and mentions student loans, a hallmark of a scam that tries to sound official. Student Support or similar names are often used to lend credibility, but the message is a pre‑recorded lure. Avoid returning the call, never share personal or financial details, and verify any loan information directly with your lender or a known government site. Block the offending number, report it to the FTC, and consider using a call‑filtering app to stop future attempts.
