It's worth noting that the FDCPA dont apply to anything other than consumer debt, wich doesnt include taxes, fees, fines, etc, and also dont cover buisness debt, i've included everything becuse they also collect consumer debt
From what I can see, Alliance One is a debt collection agency that works with goverment clients, according to ther website. If you have unpaid bills, it seems you are not very efective at your job.
