I got a similair call, with the same quoted text, they asked me to call back, but i never had a loan, so its a scam for sure

It appeard to be a similiar situashun, with a person named Carol Richards calling, but it went to voicemail and left a messge with alot of informations.
My cell phone carrier identified this call as spam and blocked it, but it still managed to leave a voicemail with a recording claiming to be about an SBA EIDL loan, which I do not have.
