I recieved a scam call looking for my husban, they said it was ther last atempt to serve papers in a court case, but the number they left was diferent.

The lady on the phone sounded like she was being forced to call me, i feel bad for her, she didnt know i knew it was a scam, i think im gonna have to change my number.
I recived a call from a woman claiming to be Elena Knight from Process Server Verification, stating that they were attempting to serve a court summons and that i needed to contact their office, otherwise i would face penaltys and fines
Apparently, a woman claiming to be a process server contacted me, searching for someone named Richard Hinson. She threatened to serve me within an hour, but when I asked for more information, she struggled to respond. I questioned her identity and the county of origin, to which she replied San Francisco county. I also inquired about the case number and involved parties, and she provided a docket number, 2024-147-11, along with a phone number, 1-844-538-0910, to contact within an hour of being served.
