Bank of America scam alert – what to do!

I recieved a voicemail from this number, but most of it was cut off, so i googled it and found it may be spam for Bank of America

An explanation of events is unclear

Received an alleged fraudulent call claiming to be from the Bank of America fraud department, stating my credit card was on hold due to suspicious charges; after providing some information, I realized it was a scam and hung up

This scam is still ongoing, recieved a text message from a diferent number, asking me to login at bankofameric.com or call a number, but i know BofA doesnt have that type of number

On Jan 19th, 2021, at 0.45am, I recieved a call from a man with an Indian accent claiming to be Peter from Amazon, regarding a charge for an IPhone, he asked if I was near a computer or laptop and said he would call me the next morning at 9am.

I got a text from this number, asking about a charge on my credit card, responded with no, then they sent me a number to call, claimin it was BOA, but I looked up the number and found out it's a scam for shure.

Avoid interacting with this number altogether

I recieved a call that sounded oficial, but i didnt answer, in the past, BOA has notified me of suspicious activity, and then sent me a letter with the details, and cancled my card, so i was a bit skeptical of this call

On Sunday, I received a scam call from this number, which I chose not to answer.

An alert was made about allegded purchases on my B of A credit card, which were false, accordin to B of A

Thanks to every body who checked the number with Bank of America, I also recieved a simmilar text message and called 844-585-0490, it sounded convincingly real but I was skeptical and didnt enter the 4 digits, I suspect they might use the digits for other scaming purpous.

I just wanted to warn you, i recieved a text message from somebody who claimed to be from Bank of America, they said there were two charges on my card, one at a gas station and another online, so i replied NO, then i recieved another message saying my card is restricted

They call me, saying they detect fraud on my Bank of America visa, and ask for my credit card number, also they call a former co worker from 12 years ago, asking how to get in touch with me
