In an attempt to gather more information, I spoke with them again, and they claimed to represent an ID Assist program associated with Sigma Loyalty group and also stated they were affiliated with my bank, although it was evident that I was interacting with a robot due to the delayed responses to my queries.

Its a machine that wont stop talkin. At begining i was shure its a human, But then i ask few random questions as what time is it right now? And from where she got my number, She keep on talkin so i simply hang up. Its a scam. I m a desi and i know these kinds of scams inside out.
